Household Estate Agents are constantly striving to seek new ways to improve the level and range of services it provides its customers. It has always worked on the principle that development and expansion should be based on firm foundations, and has resisted the temptation to expand too quickly.

Opening in Luton in 1991 the second office was opened in Dunstable in 1993 and only after that became a leader in its market was the third office opened in Toddington in 1997.

From this solid base, the Company was then able to branch out into specialist markets forming the Distinctive Homes brand in 1999 and launching a successful financial services department in 2001.

From here, further investment in premises, technology and human resources enabled the company to launch its highly successful Lettings & Property Management department in 2003, followed by the exciting unveiling of our International Sales arm launched on the back of several exclusive Developments and rapidly expanding to offer International property all over the World.
